The Health of the Children of Our European Soldiers in India

(Communicated.) Many subjects, large and small, connected -with the greater efficiency and well-being of our army Lave latterly occupied, and continue to engross, a large share of attention, both at home and in this country. Still, we have not noticed that any one has directed the public mind to the manner in which the children of European soldiers exist?perhaps we should rather say die?in India. We, therefore, venture to raise our voice in behalf of these little unfortunates.
